Processing & Shipping Times
All Spur & Bow pieces are carefully prepared and packaged with intention.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the journey.
Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for transit delays.

Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts). No code needed. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Spur & Bow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out within 5 days of delivery confirmation so we can assist you.
