We want you to love your Spur & Bow pieces. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns

We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please email us at howdy@spurandbow.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Personalized items

Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different style or size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at howdy@spurandbow.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
